I found the parking convenient. The open fires in the bars downstairs were very cute. I appreciated the quirkiness of the rooms, very different from modern hotels. The staff were excellent. The receptionist handled our check-in superbly.
My room was a bit cold upon arrival since the heating was off at the radiator.

modern bathroom ample space accommodating staff
the location was convenient. the staff were accommodating. the bathroom featured a modern design and ample space. food tasted great. i would stay again.
i noticed black mold on the ceiling above the shower. this needs to be addressed to improve the guest experience. otherwise, the stay was satisfactory.

warm atmosphere four poster bed good communication
the communication was excellent. the four poster bed added a Romantic touch to the room. it was spacious, enough for me and my two bridesmaids to prepare without feeling cramped. THE bar had a warm atmosphere.

the location provided easy access to the cathedral right across the street i found the full english breakfast tasty especially the well-cooked bacon i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff
